PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS ON POPPO - Episode 20

In this article, i will take you through some of the payment calculations and withdrawal information on the poppo app

1)  PAYMENTS

Once your accumulated points reaches a minimum of 100,000 coins, you are entitled to withdrawal. You may choose to withdraw it or change it for coins.

GENERAL RULES FOR WITHDRAWAL ON POPPO

Ø  Exchange ratio => 10,000 points = GHS 11

Ø  10000 points/ Pcoin = $1. 

Ø  Pcoins withdraw: 70% points + 30% Pcoin = 100% Withdrawable amount

Ø  The points, when less than 100.000, will be transferred to next settlement cycle.

Ø  Coins are not withdrawable

Ø  The withdrawal amount must be an integral multiple of 10, and the remainder will be accumulated and transferred to the next settlement cycle.

Ø  The current amount of withdrawal does not include the service charge which is subject to the withdrawal amount and the exchange ratio; the exact amount is subject to the actual payment.

Ø  Hosts need to withdraw manually before 23:59 every Sunday night (UTC+8) without binding epay or bank account. The withdrawal amount will be displayed in the “Agent Management-Settlement” section on agent’s Poppo account.

COINS DISTRIBUTION TO HOST & AGENCY

Coins exchange in another means of withdrawal, where instead of withdrawing cash, you change the points for coins.

Ø  Offline coins purchase rate: 1 USD = 9400 coins (To Purchase Poppo coins contact us on WhatsApp)

Ø Points to coins: When someone gift coins to hosts, the host receive 70% rate of that gift. (For Eg. If a user send 5000 coins, then host will get 3500 points)

Coin distribution

Ø User top up of $500 and get 4700000 coins

Ø User gift 4500000 coins to a host, the host will get 3290000 points ($329) and Agent may get 750000 points ($75) as commission on 20% commission rate.

WITHDRAWAL METHODS

Epay

When you bind your payment method with Epay, you will receive your salary, if not your salary will not sent to your Poppo agent or Poppo agency until you bind it.

MTN MOMO

1. Once you have hit the minimum threshold.

2. Tap on the points side when is 100,000 points and above and it will open the withdrawal side for you with a Momo option then you insert Momo details And confirm

Payment will be sent into your Momo account with the cedi rate equivalent.
