Poppo - introduces a feature where you only club members sit at a party
Intially you could easily sit on any seat once the host hasn't locked them. But now, there is a new feature that only permits others to sit only after they have joined the host's fan club.
"After joining the fans club, you can apply to voice chat with the host!."
Above is the exact notice you will get if you try to sit on a party seat when the host has activated that feature.

HOW TO SET THIS UP
* Open a new party
* tap on the seat decision icon
* Turn on the only fan club toggler.
Now anyone coming unto your party will have to join your fan club first.
